REFUND POLICY

At Atropa Chemical, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase through our official market channel reaches you in perfect condition. However, if the product arrives damaged, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free refund process. Please read our refund policy below:


Eligibility for Refund

1. Damaged Product

If the product packaging (e.g. bottle, pouch, jar) is damaged upon receipt, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Purchase through Atropa Chemical Official Market Channel

Refunds will only be processed if the product was purchased directly through our official market channels.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a refund, you must provide a continuous, uncut video of the entire unboxing process. This video should clearly show:

    - The condition of the outer packaging upon arrival.

    - The unsealing and opening of the package.

    - The condition of the product inside the packaging.


Steps to Claim a Refund

1. Record the Unboxing

Before opening your package, start recording a video. Ensure that the video is continuous and uncut, capturing every step from the outer packaging to the product itself.

2. Check the Product

Carefully inspect the product for any damage and ensure it is captured in the video.

3. Submit Your Claim

If you purchase through E-Commerce (Shopee or Tokopedia), submit your claim directly through your account.

If you purchase through Whatsapp, then send an email to atropachemical.al@gmail.com with the following information:

    - Your order channel and order number.

    - A brief description of the issue.

    - The unboxing video attached or a link to where we can view the video.


Refund Processing

- Upon receiving your claim, our team will review the video evidence.

- If the damage is verified, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

- If the video does not clearly show the entire unboxing process or if the damage is not verified, your refund claim may be denied.


Important Notes

- Ensure the video is clear and of good quality to avoid any delays in processing your refund.

- This refund policy only applies to damages incurred during shipping and does not cover issues arising after the product has been received in good condition.
